Industrial Oil Filtration Machines

We are manufacturer of Industrial Oil Filtration Machines of variable capacities of 500 to 5000 lph which can be customized to special capacities if required by the clients. The machines take the impure oil into the system through the inlet ball valve and then pumps it through by a positive displacement pump. A filter prior to this removes solid particles and magnetic particles. The whole machine does the filtration at its best output. We ensures the working and output of each and every machines at our end.

Our Range of Oil Filtration Machines

1. Transformer Oil Filtration Machines

  • We are authorized to deal with Transformer Oil Centrifugal Filtration Machine of variable capacities of 500 to 5000 lph which can be customized to special capacities if required by the clients. This plant takes the impure oil into the system through the inlet ball valve and then pumps it through by a positive displacement pump.

  • A filter prior to this removes solid particles and magnetic particles.

  • After heating the oil up to 60 deg. Celcius it passes through the cartridge filters, where particles up to 5 microns are filtered.

  • A specially designed vacuum chamber removes moisture, air and all the gases with the help of vacuum.

  • The oil falls by way of gravity over the media inside forming a thin film of oil, exposing a larger surface area.

  • The dissolved moisture and gases are evacuated and the oil is ready.

2. Hydraulic Oil Filtration Machines

Particle filtration of a hydraulic system is usually sufficient for controlling the level of oil contaminants. However, sometimes "cutting corners" occurs during the system's engineering process, which can lead to inefficient filtration.

  • Cleansing the oil of contaminants is generally considered to be secondary to the primary functions of the hydraulic system and thus is often neglected and underemphasized as a vital part of the design. This can result in filters performing poorly due to lacking structural integrity, dirt-holding capacity or particle-capture efficiency.

  • There are also many ways in which the system could be inadequate for performing filtration, including its flow rate, the presence of vibration or if the overall differential pressure is lost because of the filter's location within the system. Each of these factors must be considered for the filtration system to work effectively.

  • Of course, filtration is only half of the equation. Contamination control involves not just removing particles but also keeping them from entering the system. If more particles are coming into the system from ingression points like breather points, hatches and seals than being removed, the system will never be clean. Therefore, you must have a balance of contaminant exclusion and contaminant removal methods.

  • If an alternative approach is needed to remove contaminants from the hydraulic oil, technologies such as centrifugation, magnetic filtration or a combination of periodic, portable filtration systems may be implemented. Although filters can be very efficient, sometimes they are not enough and must be complemented with other methods to remove the finer particles. For instance, with magnetic filtration, ferromagnetic particles can be captured regardless of their size. These types of particles often make up nearly 90 percent of particles suspended in oil.

  • Centrifuges also offer advantages over traditional filter media. The efficiency of a centrifuge is consistent throughout its service, and the lower limit of its particle size trapping capability can be much less than 1 micron.

  • While several other technologies are available to enhance the abilities of a typical oil filter, the best advice would be to thoroughly evaluate the filter system currently installed and then develop a plan of action based on the findings.

3. Coolant Filtration Machines

The coolant recovery systems a Fluid Recovery (IFR) technology for exceptional performance. A high speed 3-phase disc centrifuge is at the heart of all our systems. Combined with microprocessor controls, the Patriot utilizes a series of unit operations including pre-filtration and pasteurization to remove all solids, tramp oils, odors and control biological activity.

The system is designed to function as a batch processor using sump carts or as a central system. The system can process several thousand gallons per day (gpd), sufficient to handle most large plants.

4. Quenching Oil Filtration Machines

During quenching, the oil becomes contaminated with scales, soot & degradation products, which interfere with the performance of the oil and may result in unsatisfactory surface appearance or lower physical properties than specified.

Removal of these contaminants by filtration or centrifuging is necessary to restore the oil to a satisfactory condition for trouble free quenching and good product quality.

Advantages

  • Reduced Heat Exchanger Chocking

  • Uniform Heat Treatment across the job

  • Substantial Savings on cost of oil replacement

  • Reduced Job Blackening

  • Reduces manual cleaning of job after Heat Treatment

Models Available

  • ALFA-PCQM-2000

  • ALFA-PCQM-5000

5. Furnace Oil Filtration Machine

It has a 100% consumable free centrifuge which has been specially designed and developed for Furnace oil cleaning. Centrifuge rotates at 3000 ? 4000 RPM. The centrifuge can hold up to 10 Kg of sludge. It removes impurities upto 0.2 microns in size.

The system has no recurring cost and no replacement component. It is absolutely maintenance free. Centrifuge requires periodic cleaning. Cleaning interval is fixed based on experience depending upon the degree of impurities present in FO/ LDO.

Advantages

1. No Replacement Element, No Recurring Cost.
2. Reduced Soot Formation in Heater / Boiler Tubes.
3. Improved Burner Efficiency. ( Reduced Smoke Level )
4. Reduced Nozzle Choking. (No Need of Frequent Nozzle Cleaning)
5. Reduced Fuel Consumption. ( Savings on Fuel Cost )
