We are manufacturing the Bio Toilets and Bio-Urinal. There is no requirement of sewage line and electricity for the said products. This is Eco-Friendly.
We are using Advance Integral PVC Sheets to make the shed which is very strong and good looking. We are using Stainless steel material for Toilet, urinal, wash basin, Hand shower and Handle. We have provided solar system for lights and exhaust Fan. We have used M.S. sheet for Tank according to number of toilets which will be fixed underground. In tank, we are using the Bacteria to dispose the Human waste.

It Disposes human waste in a 100 % ECO friendly manner and Generates color less, odorless inflammable BIO-GAS (Methane) for cooking, water & room heating etc. It is 100% maintenance free and continuous Biological process. No dependence on the limited and costly conventional energy sources. It save space, energy, environment, time and Good Health.

WHAT IS A BIO TOILET (BIO- DIGESTER)

We are offering an innovative technology for disposal of human waste in eco friendly manner. These Bio toilets can function at any atmospheric temperature. The bacterial consortium degrades night soil and produces colorless, odorless and inflammable bio gas containing 50 – 70% methane. Bio toilets are cylindrical structure with the provision of inlet for human waste and out let for Bio gas. Temp in these bio toilets is maintained between 5 to 30 degrees C. A person can use the toilet which is connected to the bio-digester. Night soil degradation occurs through microbial reaction which converts it into bio gas. The smell of night soil, the disease causing organisms in the night soil and the solid matter are almost eliminated. On dry weight basis 90% of the solid waste is reduced. The gaseous effluent (bio-gas) is continuously let off to the atmosphere. Bio Gas can be used for various energy incentive activities like cooking water and room heating. Liquid effluent can be drained to any surface or soak pit without any environmental hazards.

More over human waste is also responsible for spreading of water born diseases like typhoid, cholera, Shigellosis, Amebic Dysenteries; Diarrhea etc. This technology is suitable for any area / application in India.

The process under this technology culminates in to treated effluent which is free from Pathogens and is also environmentally acceptable.

A consortium of anaerobic bacteria has been formulated and adopted to work at temp as low as 5 degree C. This is the component which acts as inoculums (seed material) to the bio digester and converts the organic waste into methane and carbon-dioxide. The anaerobic process in activates the pathogens responsible for water born diseases. Bio digester serves as reaction vessel for bio machination and provides the anaerobic conditions and required temp for the bacteria. The optimum temp is maintained by microbial heat, insulation of the reactor and solar heating.

MAINTENANCE OF BIO TOILET
The components of bio toilet are toilet seat; the drain pipe from the toilet connected to the bio-digester, the bio-digester itself, the microbial inoculums and the out lets of gas and liquid effluent. All of them should be maintained and should be in working condition.

• After using the toilet the man should clean his body with 1 liter (two Mugs).

• Bio- toilet can be used conveniently by 50-60 persons every day.

• Keep the toilet clean.

• To check the proper functioning of bio-digester, close the out let valve for 24 hours, open it then, take the burning match stick close to the out let valve, the gas will burn and this indicates that the bio digester is Functioning well.

• Do not throw Kerosene, Soap, Plastics, Bottle, Tin Cans, and antiseptics inside the toilet Seat

• Do not let the gas out let valve close.
